Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently offer shipping within Canada. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping cost at checkout.

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD

  • Flat-rate or weight-based shipping for smaller orders or express options

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status online.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup from our Charlottetown location. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days. We will help file a claim and provide a suitable resolution.
